Let’s be honest, ageing is scary. It’s scary when it happens to you as an individual and it’s scary for society as a whole because our population is rapidly skewing towards the over-65 age bracket, and we urgently need new ways to ensure quality of later life.

The paradigm shifts in ageing are also scary for companies that provide aged care, and we worked with Lendlease to look at what Baby Boomers mean to their Retirement Living business. By explaining key expectations and attitudinal shifts, we helped their team focus on simple, safe and valuable ways to adapt their product for a new customer who doesn’t identify with being old.
